Getting Started as a Practitioner

As a practitioner, you lead data interoperability and standardization within your organization — and often lead pilot programs. You're responsible for setting up your organization in DPP Kit, configuring its digital identity, and inviting team members. This guide walks you through the complete setup process.

What You'll Do

  1. Register — Create your account and organization
  2. Verify your email — Confirm your email address
  3. Set up your DID — Create your organization's cryptographic identity
  4. Invite your team — Add product managers and other users
  5. Issue your first credential — Start with a Digital Facility Record

Before You Begin

You'll need:

  • An email address for your account
  • Your organization's name
  • A URL-friendly slug for your organization (e.g., acme-corp)
tip

The onboarding checklist on your dashboard will guide you through each step. Items turn green as you complete them.
