Organization Setup

After registration, your organization is created with default settings. Here's what you need to know and what you can configure.

Default Settings

Organization Dashboard

Your organization card on the dashboard shows:

  • Organization name and slug
  • DID status — whether a DID has been created
  • Mode — Pilot or Production
  • Tier — Trial, Pilot, Pilot Pro, or Production

Managing Your Organization

Navigate to Toolkit > Organization to access the Organization Tool, where you can:

  • View your organization details
  • See your DID and public key information
  • Monitor your identifier prefix and sequence counter

Multiple Organizations (Practitioners)

If you registered as a Practitioner, you can create and manage multiple organizations. The organization selector in the top navigation bar lets you switch between them.

Each organization is completely independent:

  • Separate DID and key pair
  • Separate identifier prefix
  • Separate credential counts and tier limits
  • Separate team members (though you as the practitioner have access to all)
