Credentials Overview
This page covers credential management from a practitioner's perspective. For detailed issuance instructions, see the Product Manager Guide.
Credential List
Navigate to Toolkit > Credentials to see all credentials across your organization(s). The list shows:

| Type | Color-coded badge (DFR, DPP, DTE, DCC, DIA) |
| Name | Credential name (clickable to view details) |
| Organization | Which org issued it (shown if you manage multiple orgs) |
| Status | Draft, Active, or Revoked |
| Identifier | GLN-13 or GTIN-14 assigned to the credential |
| Created | Date the credential was created |
| Actions | Edit (drafts), View (active), Revoke (active) |
Filtering and Sorting
- Organization filter — Filter by organization (if managing multiple)
- Type tabs — Click DFR, DPP, etc. to filter by credential type
- Column sorting — Click any column header to sort ascending/descending
Actions by Status

Recommended Workflow for Pilots
- Start with DFRs — Register your facilities first. Products reference facilities.
- Issue DPPs — Create product passports, linking them to facilities.
- Add DTEs — Record supply chain events that reference your DPPs and DFRs.
- Attach DCCs — Add conformity credentials to validate claims.
This order ensures that each credential can properly reference the ones before it.
