Credentials Overview

This page covers credential management from a practitioner's perspective. For detailed issuance instructions, see the Product Manager Guide.

Credential List

Navigate to Toolkit > Credentials to see all credentials across your organization(s). The list shows:

TypeColor-coded badge (DFR, DPP, DTE, DCC, DIA)
NameCredential name (clickable to view details)
OrganizationWhich org issued it (shown if you manage multiple orgs)
StatusDraft, Active, or Revoked
IdentifierGLN-13 or GTIN-14 assigned to the credential
CreatedDate the credential was created
ActionsEdit (drafts), View (active), Revoke (active)

Filtering and Sorting

  • Organization filter — Filter by organization (if managing multiple)
  • Type tabs — Click DFR, DPP, etc. to filter by credential type
  • Column sorting — Click any column header to sort ascending/descending

Actions by Status

  1. Start with DFRs — Register your facilities first. Products reference facilities.
  2. Issue DPPs — Create product passports, linking them to facilities.
  3. Add DTEs — Record supply chain events that reference your DPPs and DFRs.
  4. Attach DCCs — Add conformity credentials to validate claims.

This order ensures that each credential can properly reference the ones before it.
